While we strive to arrive as quickly as possible, all arrival times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, and other conditions beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific response times.

You are responsible for providing accurate location information, vehicle details, and contact information when requesting service.

3. Quotes, Pricing and Payment

Any prices or quotes provided over the phone, by text, or through the Site are based on the information you provide and are subject to change if the actual situation differs (for example, incorrect location, additional labor, or special equipment needs).

Final charges may depend on factors including but not limited to distance, vehicle type, difficulty of recovery, wait time, tolls, and storage fees (if applicable).

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may accept cash, major credit/debit cards, or other payment methods as communicated to you at the time of service.

4. Insurance and Third-Party Providers

In some cases, our services may be dispatched or coordinated through third-party motor clubs, insurance companies, or other service platforms. In those situations, your rights, coverage, and payment responsibilities may be governed by your separate agreement with that third party.

It is your responsibility to confirm coverage, limits, and any reimbursement terms with your insurance company or motor club.

5. Vehicle Condition and Personal Property

You are responsible for removing or securing any personal property from your vehicle before towing or service is performed. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

We will exercise reasonable care in handling and transporting your vehicle. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or mechanical issues;
  • Damage resulting from the condition of the vehicle (e.g., rust, leaks, loose parts);
  • Damage that occurs because of inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

6. No Guarantee of Availability

Our services are generally available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; however, we do not guarantee that a tow truck or operator will always be available at every time or in every location. We reserve the right to decline service or cancel a service request for safety or operational reasons.
